July 26, 2025 was truly one for the books — my sister got married (!!), and I had the honor of standing by her side as her Maid of Honor. Between the sweet family moments, happy tears, and so much celebration, I also got to play dress-up all weekend long — and today I’m sharing everything I wore from start to finish. ✨
🌿 Friday Night: The Rehearsal Dinner Look
For the rehearsal dinner, I went for something romantic, elevated, and comfortable with a touch of whimsy.
Dress: I wore The Poet Slip Dress from Selkie, which I rented through Nuuly — it was flowy, silky, and so dreamy for a summer evening.
Shoes: Gold strappy heeled sandals from Amazon (super comfortable and so affordable).
Accessories:
Gold hoop earrings
My Cartier Tank Must Watch
David Yurman bangles stacked for a polished but personal touch
A green crochet clutch from Moda Luxe — such a fun pop of texture
Hair + Makeup: I wore my hair down in soft curls and did a fresh, soft glam look with bronzy tones and a rosy lip.
The entire look felt classic with a bit of a fairytale vibe — perfect for toasts under twinkle lights and welcoming the weekend ahead.
💗 Saturday Morning: Getting Ready with the Bride
The morning of the wedding was calm, cozy, and full of excitement. I wanted to keep it light and comfy while we got glammed up together.
Pajamas: Champagne satin pajama set from Amazon — buttery soft and so cute for photos
Shoes: Silver flip flops from Target (a glam girl essential for pre-dress comfort)
We sipped champagne, got pampered, listened to a playlist of nostalgic songs, and soaked in the moment before it was time to get dressed.
👗 Maid of Honor Moment: Ceremony + Reception
For the ceremony, I wore the Rory Sequin Dress from Revelry — a stunning, floor-length gown that sparkled in the sunlight and moved beautifully all night.
Dress: Rory Sequin Dress in a custom color from Revelry
Shoes: Short block-heeled sandals from David’s Bridal — comfortable, pretty, and ceremony-approved
Jewelry:
Isabella Vermeil Tennis Bracelet from Brook & York (matching with all the bridesmaids)
Madison CZ Dangle Earrings from Dareth Colburn
My Cartier Tank Must Watch
Fun statement rings and my David Yurman bangles
Clutch: Gold metallic YSL clutch — a forever favorite and the perfect finishing touch
Hair + Makeup: I got a full glam makeup look done (think: champagne shimmer lids, sculpted cheekbones, and a glossy nude lip), and wore my hair in an elegant updo with face-framing pieces
After the ceremony and a few dances in heels, I did a quick wedding night switch-up...
Shoes: I swapped into my Gold TKEES sandals so I could dance all night without even thinking about my feet — 10/10 recommend for any bridal party member.
✨ Final Thoughts
This weekend was such a beautiful blur of laughter, love, and looks I’ll never forget. I felt so honored to stand by my sister’s side — and getting to dress up for the occasion made it even more special. Whether you’re planning your own wedding weekend wardrobe or looking for ideas as a bridesmaid, I hope this helps spark some inspiration!
