There’s something so refreshing about entering a new year with a wellness routine that you genuinely love. For me, the products I surround myself with—everything from my red light mask to my favorite cozy blanket—help me feel grounded, supported, and motivated. They’re the everyday tools that elevate my routines and make the little moments feel more intentional.

These are the products that became part of my daily and weekly routines—so good that there’s absolutely no leaving them behind.

1. My Red Light Mask

My red light mask is my ride-or-die skincare and wellness tool. I swear my skin looks noticeably calmer, brighter, and more even the weeks I stay consistent with it. Beyond skin benefits, it’s become such a calming part of my nighttime routine—ten minutes of stillness while the light works its magic. A full reset for my mind and skin.

2. Ice Roller

My ice roller is another non-negotiable. It’s the first thing I reach for on puffy mornings, after a salty dinner, or whenever I feel tired and dull. It wakes up my face instantly, helps with inflammation, and even makes my makeup go on smoother. It’s my version of a morning iced coffee for the skin.

3. Acupressure Mat

This is probably one of the most unexpectedly life-changing wellness purchases of the year. The first few minutes always feel intense, but once you relax into it—wow. My back loosens up, my stress releases, and I feel this wave of calm. It’s like a mini at-home acupuncture session without having to leave the house.

4. Massage Gun

If you work out regularly (or even just tense your shoulders from stress), a massage gun is life. I use mine after long walks, Pilates, or anytime my muscles feel tight. It’s perfect for releasing knots, speeding up recovery, and just feeling overall lighter.

5. My Yoga Mat

A good yoga mat makes such a difference. Mine has become my sacred space—whether I’m doing Pilates, stretching in the morning, or unwinding with a little nighttime flow. It encourages me to move more intentionally, even if it’s only for 10 minutes.

6. Bala Ankle Weights

My Bala weights stay on rotation for my mat workouts and long walks. They’re cute, comfortable, and they add that perfect subtle challenge. I love anything that makes low-impact movement feel a bit more effective without stressing my body.

7. Weighted Vest

For days I want to level up my steps without doing a full workout, my weighted vest is such a game-changer. It adds resistance in a really natural way and makes walks feel more powerful and grounding.

8. Air Purifier

My air purifier is one of those products you don’t fully appreciate until you turn it off. My sleep, my allergies, and my overall air quality feel so much cleaner and lighter when it’s running. It’s a wellness staple I’ll never go without again.

9. The Breakthrough Journal

This is the journal that helped me get deeper with my thoughts, goals, and reflections. It’s not just blank pages—it guides you through prompts that actually help you uncover what’s working, what’s not, and what you want to shift. I used it all year and I’m bringing it straight into 2026.

10. My Heating Pad

This has saved me countless times—sore muscles, cramps, cold nights, stressful days… it’s basically my comfort blanket for my body. I use it more than I realized, which is exactly why it’s staying.

11. Silk Pillowcase

If you’re not sleeping on silk yet, consider this your sign. My hair breaks less, my skin creases less, and I swear I feel more luxurious slipping into bed every night. It’s such a small upgrade that makes a big difference.

12. My Planner

Call me old-fashioned, but there’s something grounding about writing things down. My planner keeps my brain organized, my schedule intentional, and my routines consistent. I love ending the day by planning or beginning it by setting priorities.

13. The Lola Blanket

This blanket is peak softness. I wrap myself in it every night while reading or watching TV. It’s the ultimate comfort item—and truly feels like bringing a little cloud with me from 2025 into 2026.

14. Hydrojug

Hydration is my personality at this point, and my Hydrojug made it easier for me to stay consistent. I carry it around the house, take it on errands, bring it to workouts… it’s basically my emotional support water bottle.

15. My Brooks Sneakers

My Brooks sneakers became my go-to for long walks, hot girl hikes, traveling, and days when I’m constantly on my feet. Supportive, comfortable, and totally worth it. These are coming straight into the new year with me.

Because part of entering a fresh year is upgrading the routines, expanding the toolkit, and bringing in new wellness energy.

These are the products at the top of my 2026 wish list:

1. Hatch Alarm Clock

I’m manifesting the gentlest, least chaotic mornings of my life. The Hatch wakes you up with light, sound, and calm—no more iPhone alarm jolting me out of sleep. This is definitely happening in 2026.

2. Duvet Robe

Because why would I not want to walk around my home wrapped in a cloud? The duvet robe is peak comfort, and I can already see it becoming part of my morning coffee routine.

3. Oura Ring

Tracking my sleep is high on my priority list this year. The Oura Ring gives so much data—sleep quality, recovery, readiness, cycle tracking, and even stress. I want to take my wellness to a more informed level.

4. Dry Brush

I’ve been wanting to incorporate dry brushing into my morning routine for lymphatic support, smoother skin, and circulation. It seems like one of those small habits that makes a big difference when done consistently.

5. HigherDOSE Infrared Sauna Blanket

This is the big one on my list. The wellness girlies swear by it—detox, relaxation, improved sleep, muscle recovery, and glowing skin. It feels like the ultimate at-home spa ritual and I want to experience that cozy, sweaty, meditative magic in 2026.

✨ Final Thoughts: Building My 2026 Wellness Routine With Intention

This past year taught me how much the little tools in my life matter—the red light sessions, the morning ice rolling, the grounding weight of my vest on walks, the comfort of my blanket in the evenings. My wellness routine isn’t about perfection; it’s about creating daily habits and environments that make me feel supported.

Going into 2026, I want more:

  • Calm mornings

  • Intentional movement

  • Nourishing routines

  • Recovery and rest

  • Products that elevate my wellbeing in subtle but powerful ways

Whether it’s continuing to use my wellness staples or introducing new ones, I’m building a routine that feels grounding, feminine, restorative, and aligned with who I want to become in the new year.
